Diocesan Bishop Indirectly Promotes PiusX

Three months ago, Corpus Christi Bishop William Mulvey, Texas, eliminated Mass at St. John the Baptist. Now the nearby PiusX chapel is overflowing (LifeSiteNews.com, June 27). The chapel used to average thirty people a month. Now, there are more than 200 and they have bought a larger collection basket. They will begin celebrating weekly Masses in July. Meanwhile, the average collection at St. John has dropped 29 percent since the final Mass this Easter Sunday.
