Given the recent craze on social media among wild-eyed Evangelicals, Judeo-Christians and even some Catholics replacing the name of Jesus with 'Yeshua,' we decided to find out if there's a basis for their claims. This old controversy again? It almost shut down a Catholic forum I frequented over a decade ago. And the headline from the post doesn't really tell the whole story. In most cases it's the homosexuals who want circumcision banned because of the "allure" of having "uncut" partners in their sexual deviations. As a matter of fact, they tried unsuccessfully to outlaw it in the 'gay mecca' San Francisco citing the reduction in sexual sensation they thought resulted from the practice. All good mothers in the US had their boys circumcised, following doctor's orders. Not all countries did this. I clearly remember the shock and anger when my German father-in-law heard about his grandson being circumcised - we aren't "Jews"!

There he goes again, wanting to be what he is NOT! But it's a continuous malady of his, when something does not go his 'fake-holiness way' he calls it a "sin". But when he really sins against God and Man, he calls it "mercy"! Too bad he never read the Catechism where there is a paragraph dedicated to migrants/immigrants: no. 2241 (or thereabouts). So happy he's not MY POPE, or anything of mine, except something that makes me angry that he's aiding in the destruction not just of the Catholic Church, but also of Christian and beautiful Europe, especially Italy! Francis rejected the office of pope from the start, declaring he was ONLY the bishop of Rome. He has NEVER declared anything officially as pope. Therefore, we don't have to obey anything he says. Vatican I codified as dogma the pope's infallibility with three requirements: 1. Officially as pope; 2. On ethics and morals (i.e., NOT environment); and 3. As an obligation on the entire church.
