Fifteen priests, including Fr Gerarld Murray, have issued on curapastoralis.org (April 22) an appeal to the bishops to “reaffirm Christ’s teaching” in the face of today’s “pastoral crisis”.
The appeal warns of “gravely harmful moral errors” but does not refer to Pope Francis or any of his documents.
Priests are invited to add their names to the appeal.
Talking to ncregister.com (May 2), Cardinal Raymond Burke said that the appeal is a “wise and courageous action”.
It should inspire “bishops to dispel the confusion of the present time in the Church”.

Let's be clear. Marriage between one man and one woman, exclusively sharing their lives and love, always open to God's creative gift of children, is the Divine Will of our Father, clearly expressed in Holy Scripture and in our anatomy. Deviation is invalid and seriously sinful.

Lvov (Ukraine),

To priests and believers of all Catholic dioceses

Some people predict that the existence of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate will nowadays become a model of decentralization of the Catholic Church. They speak about the formation of Catholic patriarchates similar to ones in the Orthodox Church: Bulgarian Patriarchate, Serbian Patriarchate, Romanian Patriarchate, Patriarchate of Constantinople, Patriarchate of Jerusalem… In this emergency situation, virtually every nation may establish its own patriarchate and separate from the apostatical Vatican centralization. The Vatican has ceased to fulfil its task of protecting the purity of faith and morals. It even leads the individual Catholic nations to spiritual and physical suicide through contemporary heresies and the spirit of neopaganism. Globalization gender-gay ideology promoted by the Lisbon Treaty destroys all moral values and Christianity. The current juvenile justice system imposes the cruellest tyranny on children by demoralization and satanization. These are crimes against humanity. Homosexuality and juvenile justice lead to autogenocide of Europe and Christian nations. The apostate hierarchy creates favourable conditions for these crimes and thus de facto approves of them by its silence or evasive phrases.

Therefore, on 5 April 2011 the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate was established. Its main objective is to protect the orthodox doctrine against contemporary heresies and syncretism. The Patriarchate announced its establishment to the Pope. However, on 1 May 2011 the Pope beatified John Paul II whereby he officially – “ex cathedra” – confirmed heretical syncretism connected with the spirit of Assisi. He thus brought down a curse on himself – anathema (Gal 1:8-9). On the same day the Byzantine Patriarchate separated from the apostatical Vatican. On the same day this Patriarchate also published an anathema on Benedict XVI. Unless the apostatical Vaticandissociates itself from heresies and from the spirit of Assisi, the individual Catholic nations must separate from it. This historic step is necessary for the preservation of the saving faith and orthodox Catholic tradition. Today, decentralization is the necessary consequence of the Vatican’s apostasy.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby appeals to the Vatican to take concrete steps of repentance. It must cancel beatification of John Paul II and condemn heresies of historical-critical theology and syncretism of Assisi. If the Vatican fails to take these elementary measures by Easter (31 March), not only Benedict XVI but also Francis continue to be under God’s anathema – curse – according to Gal 1:8-9.

Let every nation therefore find a group of courageous priests and faithful who, for the sake of preservation of the saving faith, will publicly appeal to the local bishop to separate from the apostate Vatican and at the same time to renounce the contemporary heresies and the spirit of Assisi (see confession form). Let them wait seven days. If the bishop is hypocritically silent, then according to Gal 1:8-9 he remains under God’s anathema. If the believers and priests want to be saved, they must separate from him as a heretic and apostate. The fallen-away Vatican hierarchy with its dicasteries and apostate bishops does not lead the Catholic world to follow Christ but antichrist, not the way to heaven but the broad way to hell.

Excommunications decreed by apostates are invalid and their sole purpose is to frighten the uninformed people.

The Apostle Peter urged the believers on the day of Pentecost: “Be saved from this perverse generation!” (Acts 2:40). That means, from the hierarchy which crucified Christ and crucifies Him today.

The prophet calls: “Come out from Babylon, you the people of God!”

I will follow Cardinal Burke's lead and agree, this appeal is a "wise and courageous action." It's wise in my mind because there are clearly many who love the Truth who are very nervous about appearing to criticize the pope (these need to be warned of papolatry, as Gloria.tv recently helped us all understand) and courageous because, well, we've seen what happens to those who criticize Pope Francis …More

It's wise in my mind because there are clearly many who love the Truth who are very nervous about appearing to criticize the pope (these need to be warned of papolatry, as Gloria.tv recently helped us all understand) and courageous because, well, we've seen what happens to those who criticize Pope Francis who repeatedly says he's open and thinks it's good to challenge your leaders. In fact, he referred to those priests who would not speak up as "cowards" early in his pontificate.
