NO Easter Liturgy: Parish Vicar Stages Dance performance

Father Andreas Artinger of Regen-Langdorf, Bavaria, danced with altar servers at Easter to Dr Alban's 1993 "Sing Halleluja."

"My concern is that the liturgy comes alive," Artinger told Pnp.de (April 21): “A solemn celebration, even with Latin chant, is not really my thing."

The church was full and he received "only positive" feedback, Artinger explained. The latter will change when he finds himself as an international laughing stock on social media.
