Cardinal: “Renewal” – Not Abuses – Came From Vatican II

The almost exclusively homosexual abuses in the Church have been “condemned in a new context” during the ongoing Youth Synod - Perugia Cardinal Gualtiero Bassetti, 76, the President of the Italian Bishops’ Conference, said during a book presentation in Rome (October 4).

Euphorically, Bassetti claimed that from the Synod addresses which touched on the abuses, the “premises for creating a new world” could be perceived,

"During the addresses which were putting a finger on the wound, there was the attitude of the surgeon and Samaritan who is ready to cure.”

For Bassetti, “this is a Church that renews itself from within.” He even claimed that “this is the renewal that has emerged from the [Second Vatican] Council.”

Most of the abuses happened within ten years after Vatican II.

The Renewal of Carnality, the Renewal of Heresy, the Renewal of Apostasy, the Renewal of pre-Christian Paganism, the Renewal of the Doctrines of Demons, The renewal of worldwide anti-Catholic scorn, (which the likes of Cdl Newman had eradicated), the Renewal of pre-Christian spiritual desolation, the renewal of slavery to the whims of the flesh and the sub-culture of the damned which Christ had managed to FREE everyone from by the mid-late Victorian era.....

You clearly DON'T know what you are talking about, hater of Christianity - or do you KNOW you lie, and are just "Bearing false witness"

Does the Cardinal mean that unlimited moral turpitude, abortion, contraception, homosexuality, SS marriage, transgenderism, and a mere 15% Mass attendance beginning in the 60s....is a wonderful example of "renewal?" For some, there is no remedy to the disease of denial.
