Female Anglican Preacher "Concelebrates" at Eucharist

On March 24, Bishop Oswaldo Escobar of Chalatenango, San Salvador, celebrated a Eucharist commemorating the 45th anniversary of the assassination of leftist champion Archbishop Óscar Arnulfo Romero y Galdámez. He is a saint of Pope Francis.

The Eucharist was celebrated in in the chapel of the Hospitalito La Divina Providencia, where the then Archbishop Romero of San Salvador was assassinated. Several priests concelebrated.

Also participating in the Eucharist were Neftalí Ruíz, who calls himself "bishop" of the Old Catholic Church and a female Anglican minister. She wore an alb, stole, and cross as if she were a bishop.

The female Anglican preacher participated in the entrance procession and the homily. She also stood at the altar until the moment of communion.

The Apostolic Nunciature of El Salvador condemned the ceremony the same day, but only in words. No sanctions were imposed on Bishop Escobar.

The Nuncio wrote: "Ecumenical celebrations that are shared with members of non-Catholic churches, provide only for the Liturgy of the Word", adding that "the altar is reserved only for the celebration of the Eucharist".

And, "What happened this morning in the chapel of the Hospitalito should not have taken place because it is forbidden by canon law."

According to Infovaticana the de facto concelebration of a Anglican representative took place for the third year in a row.

I've been thinking lately about how the whole notion of "concelebration" is itself a fraud. Used to be that Catholics were told & knew that all the Masses offered in the world were raining down graces and perhaps even holding back Almighty God's judgement on sinful mankind. Hence the priesthood was vital to the salvation of the world. Therefore donating a stipend for a Mass intention was a way for the faithful to unite themselves to this holy action. But since Vatican II many priests are spiritually slothful in that they don't offer the Holy Sacrifice daily, but - at best - "concelebrate at a Eucharist" regularly. Of course, some even have a "day off" where they opt out of Mass altogether. Elderly priests also rarely offer Mass themselves but only "concelebrate." This is what Francis [a so-called "pope"] does and really hasn't said Mass in years. It's the "new theology" the modernists tout that is incompatible with the TLM. NO PRIVATE MASSES is their slogan. Oh, and the Mass stipend? It's still collected by ALL priests present at a Eucharist who basically stand there watching the "presider" offer Mass. Not to forget some priests who out of false humility sit in the nave in lay clothes with 'the people' to emphasize the "priesthood of the baptized"!

In the novus ordo there are no sins against the first commandment.

True that. I once had a discussion with a "permanent deacon" about how all sin is an offense to God in essence (even JP II stated this). He disagreed and said "In love there is no offense, and since God is Love, he's NOT offended by our sins." Reminded me of that awful 70s movie Love Story where they said "Love means never having to say you're sorry." 😲 😬

The actual Mass (of the ages) is protected from this nonsense by it's prayers and sacrificial nature. No one with evil intentions can stand to say it. That's why they've attempted to supress it. These reports of Novus Ordo abuses just serve to illustrate it's invalidity.

So for criticism of Bergoglio you get excommunicated but for offending Divinity of Our Lord you don't even get a slap on the wrist. Since this is already the second such scandal (remember Brazil some weeks ago) that went without punishment in just matter of weeks - such reaction can be interpreted as implicit node to this abomination (aka "boiling the frog to prepare it for the abomination of desolation")

But celebrating the T.L.M. is a Bozo No No.

A "Bozo No No"? Are you from Chicago?

One disgrace after another in the councillor church.
