Francis Wants Negotiations - Ukrainian Bishops Call Him Off
Instead of playing politician, Francis should mind his own business.
The interviewer used the term "white flag" and Francis replied "that the strongest is the one who looks at the situation, thinks of the people and has the courage of the white flag and negotiates".
He added that talks should take place with the help of international powers. He mentioned Turkey.
The propaganda media of the Western oligarchs went crazy over the white flag remarks and the German state TV moved Francis into the vicinity of National Socialism.
The Ukrainian Catholic bishops explained to Francis their [Western] Ukrainian political view on Ugcc.ua, 10 March. Putin and 70% of the Russian population support the war and do not accept Ukrainian independence, history and language:
"It is worth mentioning that any Russian occupation of Ukrainian territory leads to the extermination of the Ukrainian Catholic Church, any independent Ukrainian Orthodox Church and the suppression of other religions."
And: "Notwithstanding the proposals on the need for negotiations coming from representatives of various countries, including the Holy Father himself, Ukrainians plan to continue defending freedom and dignity in order to achieve a just peace."
Kyiv Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk added: "If any of you do not believe in the victory of Ukraine, perhaps it's time to go to confession!"
