With cassock and camera, he observed a homosex march in Linz on 24 June, and documented a banner of the diocesan "pastoral office". The banner was the largest of the march, including the diocesan logo.
The slogan of the anti-Church organisation, which is sponsored by church tax and which marched between the "fetish community" and the "queer women", was: "Under God's heaven there is room for everyone [except Catholics]".
Zimmer responded to the dishonest slogan with 1 Corinthians 6:9: "Neither fornicators, nor idol [fetish] worshippers, nor adulterers, nor lewd persons, nor abusers of boys, nor thieves, nor covetous persons, nor drunkards, nor blasphemers, nor the greedy, shall have any part in the kingdom of God."
He detects hypocrisy. The demonstration was not about "acceptance of diversity" or "solidarity", but about presenting homosexual sin as "good and normal."
The marchers, one of whom was dressed as "Saint Nicholas", demonstratively waved placards at Zimmer's camera, others gave him the victory sign, sent a "kiss" or a devil symbol.
Many signs were bigoted [as is often the case with homosexual activists], for example: "God is a girl" or, in bumpy English, "Gay the Pray away".
Zimmer notes that homosex propaganda very often has "an [anti-]religious flavour" and that a society that thinks it can define good and evil itself is "open to the greatest crimes".
