The Vatican communicated (March 31) that Francis had "a good night".
It is said that Francis ate pizza with doctors, nurses, assistants and gendarmerie on Thursday evening. No photographs were released.
Francis' test results indicate a normal clinical status. He may be discharged from the hospital on April 1. A second Vatican press release that Francis will be present in St. Peter's Square for Palm Sunday.

@ SonoftheChurch. Oh that we wish the Holy Father was as you describe. But the reality is; He is not the shepherd required and needed to fight the good fight! For those who have eyes to see, Francis has failed miserably in upholding what all Popes make an oath to do, and that is TO PASS ON THE FAITH IN ITS ENTIRETY. Be well, Holy Father. The Faithful around the globe are praying fervently for you and your speedy recovery. This dangerous, diabolical world is deeply and desperately in need of your indispensable ministry as Saint Peter’s Successor in this dark hour. War, famine, pestilence, disease, deception, delusion, and countless unceasing perversions assail and assaults us from all around. Iniquity abounds and it is you alone who holds the Keys to the Kingdom of Heaven. Satan hates the Vicar of Christ on Earth, you and all those who came before you. He rejoices and is delighted when the Chief Shepherd of the Lord’s flock is stricken, and takes particularly great and devious pleasure when the Throne of Saint Peter lies empty. Because Satan more than all other created beings in this universe knows best the spiritual power invested and infused into those men who become PETER, the very Rock itself upon which the Church is built, with the authority and mandate from Christ Himself to bind and loose whatsoever on earth and it would be so in Heaven. That is why, Your Holiness, Lucifer wanted and personally sought for divine permission to “sift Peter as wheat” and why his foul minions, in their rage-filled madness and hatred of God, have ever sought, since the birth of the Church, the downfall, death or destruction of all who have sat on that Throne and who have served as Captain of Peter’s Barque, as they, to this very day, seek your own. But our Lord’s immutable promise to Saint Peter and to you as his Successor, and to all those made PETER who came before you, which He gave while He was physically present here on earth, still STANDS and remains invincible and unassailable: “I have prayed for you, that your faith FAIL NOT.”
May the Angels of Heaven come to your rescue, Holy Father, and raise you up once again. To take on renewed strength and vigor in the fierce battle against the enemies of Christ and of His Holy Church. And to cast down the apostate sons of Luther, who in their heretical folly, seek to drown the German Faithful along with the whole Church in an abyss of sodomy and schism. May you rebuke their vile abominations, cleansing the Church from filth and defilement, and with our Mother, crush the head of the serpent-demon who has coiled his body around their hearts, spiking his deadly venom into the minds of the unwitting. And in so doing, bring glory to God our Father, and to the Lord Jesus Christ, throughout all ages, world without end.

However, as you well know, there yet remain countless demons still operating in this world under the rulership of Lucifer whose “heads” in a spiritual sense must be crushed; meaning: their beguiling, corrupting, manipulative influence, and their satanic taint, touch, work, and stronghold in the lives of certain humans, must be uprooted and destroyed.
