I am VERY proud of my mother, Dr. Sabine Paliard-Franco, who has cured 100% of her coronavirus patients.
For more than a month, my mother has been dealing with several patients with the symptoms of Covid-19. In his commune of Nord-Isère, many people work in Lyon, a city strongly affected by the epidemic.
In the absence of a treatment pathway for her patients - because it was before the first public appearances of Pr Raoult -, she then decided to prescribe a combination of “Macrolide + C3G (3rd generation oral cephalosporins)” to them: two families of well-known antibiotics, very few expensive and easy to produce, used for 20 years against atypical pneumonia. After all, she thinks it looks like pneumonia…
In 24 to 48 hours, all the symptoms suddenly disappear. Prodigiously. This for all her patients, from mild to severe forms!
Fifteen people presented severe forms of the disease, with respiratory problems and areas at risk (very old people, smokers, diabetes, cancer, etc.). She imagined having to send them to the emergency room quickly, and even thought that she would never see some of them again.
But none of them needed to go to the hospital. All were fully healed in 24 to 72 hours!
I can attest to the effectiveness of this treatment myself. After running a polling station on March 15 for the municipal elections, I had several symptoms of the Covid. After several days, I became more and more sick and tired. When my mother prescribed this treatment for me one morning, I was back on my feet the same evening! The next day, I had no symptoms and I was in great shape.
Fifteen people, but almost 80 including the less severe forms, is only the small sample that only a doctor can produce. But faced with the effectiveness of her treatment, my mother quickly wanted to share her experience with her colleagues. His treatment protocol was then disseminated nationally by the very serious French geriatric society.
It is not a scientific study. My mother is not a researcher. She is not paid to do scientific publications in major journals. Nor is it paid by pharmaceutical industry to promote treatments at exorbitant prices. She does not seek glory or even the slightest publicity. He's just a general practitioner, true to his Hippocratic oath, who wants to save the lives of the patients that she takes care.
Since then, several practitioners throughout France, but also many hospital services and nursing homes in Isère, Savoie, Haute-Savoie, in the French Grand Est Region and in the Paris region have applied its treatment protocol. Many lives have been saved! Just a few days ago, my mother received thanks from a doctor who was able to cure a 97-year-old patient with respiratory failure.
We have heard a lot in France about Professor Raoult from Marseilles and hydroxychloroquine. The debate quickly focused on this molecule: miracle treatment for some, ineffective or even dangerous for others because of its side effects.
But this uproar makes us forget something: Professor Raoult does not only give hydroxychloroquine. He combines it with an antibiotic: azithromycin (or Zithromax). And what is azithromycin? A macrolide! Refer to the beginning of the text: this is what my mother prescribed for her patients! Needless to say, it comforted her in her belief that her protocol worked.
Only, my mother never prescribed chloroquine associated with the macrolide. So there is no such risk of cardiovascular side effects.
And if the miracle treatment, it was not chloroquine that we keep talking about?
What if it was the macrolide, given by Prof. Raoult, by my mother and various other practitioners with the same excellent results?
A few days ago, we discovered that a file from the French High Council for Public Health, dated March 5, 2020, was put online and requested by Jérôme Salomon, Director General of Health, with recommendations for treatment against Covid -19. The same treatment is written black on white: Macrolide + C3G.
Finally, for people with macrolide contraindications, it is possible to be prescribed another family of antibiotics: tetracyclines. An American study showed their virucidal action against Covid, and my mother again successfully prescribed them for people who couldn't take macrolides.
There is a treatment. We know today that it works. It saves lives every day. It is inexpensive, easy to produce in large quantities. Major institutions are beginning to disseminate this information.
Relay this message. Because if you or someone close to you is affected by Covid, ask for this treatment.
The hour is too serious. So many people in the world die from this virus every day. Social media can help us save these lives.

Simply, 'coronaviruses' caused a mild seasonal flu. This year there are less deaths than in previous years from flu related mortalities. The 'COVID - 19' is perhaps the greatest hoax on a macro scale causing embarassment for many rulers and shame to pseudo-intellectuals worlwide. Thank God that many fearless men have proved this to be a false operation by sanitarians of totalitarian regimes.
I'd rather be anecdotally alive than "scientifically" dead. Viruses can result in secondary bacterial pneumonia. I suppose if a major cause of death is lack of medical care then one would expect untreated bacterial pneumonia would be killing quite a few elderly people whether they have covid or not. In the context of this galloping Covid-19 epidemic that is worrying everyone, to all intents and purposes, I am sharing with you what is happening in our sector:
In Châbons, in the Bièvre, like each of my colleagues at the Medical Center, I have already received for 15 days in consultation at least 36 patients for atypical flu syndromes, with symptoms very evocative of Covid 19.
Indeed, symptoms such as fever, cough, very inflammatory sore throat, anosmia, agueusia, inaugural digestive disorders and malaise for elderly patients, most of whom had been vaccinated or had already had the seasonal flu, 11 of whom had a severe form. These patients had obviously not been tested, for lack of tests available until a week ago, and these tests were still very rationed, in a lab half an hour away by car(Voiron).
For all severe and varied forms of pneumopathies on subjects at risk (diabetes, obesity, advanced age, cognitive disorders, cardio-vascular terrain or cancer...) I initially prescribed injectable Rocéphine 1 to 2 g/day depending on the corpulence, which quickly brought down the fever and improved certain respiratory symptoms in the patients. However, in spite of this broad-spectrum treatment, there often remained dyspnea with an inflammatory state of the bronchi and rhinopharynx, sibilance, chest tightness, or thick and painful mucus in the upper and lower airways.
At the same time, for a 23 year old with the same flu symptoms, but no risk other than an allergic ground, with fever, cough and worrying worsening of shortness of breath and chest tightness at day 7, with only the clinic to make a decision, I treated him with ZECLAR /Innovair /anti-histamine as for a superinfection of bronchiolitis in infants or atypical spring pneumonia. Treatment that gave a very good result in barely 24 hours on all the symptoms...
Comforted by the rapidity and efficiency of this class of drugs, I added to all my critical cases this prescription of macrolide (ZECLAR, RULID or Zithromax whose bactericidal action on atypical germs and virucidal action is known) which improved within 24 hours the remaining symptoms in all patients, even severe, elderly or polypathological.
In case of shortness of breath and/or stubborn cough, I gladly prescribe a fixed combination of bronchodilator and inhaled corticoid, and an anti-histamine on allergic grounds. (to reduce general inflammation).
I do a daily follow-up of all these cases of atypical flu syndromes and especially for all severe cases.
For those on the verge of hospitalization, I find that under this double treatment, (IM or SC rocephin and macrolide per os, bronchodilators) they no longer have any worrying symptoms or are already cured.
For less severe cases, the macrolide is sufficient and acts from the first 24 hours on cough, fever, myalgia, ENT signs and general condition.
This is amazing.
Whatever the stage of the disease at the beginning of the treatment (D5, D7, D9 or D12) I notice a significant response in less than 48 hours and generally within 24 hours, on the superinfection, and the worrying symptoms, obviously dissociated from the natural evolution of the virus.
Not having access to the tests, I cannot know if the viral load decreases with this treatment, but it is certain that with this treatment one fights effectively against superinfection and inflammation, which is the objective and allowed me to avoid at least 7 hospitalizations, 5 of which were above 75 years old.
I am in the process of preparing a synthesis of the medical data of this population which I will not fail to send to you.
I hope that this will be useful to you, in order to contribute to the outpatient management of group I and II cases and to avoid the switch to hospitalisation and resuscitation.
Pending further treatment instructions for serious cases, such as hydroxychloroquine, which I have not ventured to prescribe, in the meantime, this could perhaps help other patients, particularly elderly patients, or in institutions. Or avoid the use of quinine in case of contraindication or risk of toxicity.
