Iowa Capitol: Former US Navy Pilot Eliminates Statue of the Devil
Michael Cassidy is a former Navy pilot and congressional candidate from Mississippi, who deconstructed a statue of the devil on display at the Iowa State Capitol on 14 December.
Property damage was minimal. Iowa is run by the Republican Party. Cassidy did this to defend Christianity against state-sponsored Satanism.
“Anti-Christian values have steadily been mainstreamed more and more in recent decades, and Christians have largely acted like the proverbial frog in the boiling pot of water”, he explained his gesture.
Cassidy surrendered to policemen at the scene, who may have been happy about the removal of the abomination. Only the so-called Satanic Temple of Iowa plans to press charges against Cassidy.
