Church Without Faith: Belgian Bishops Re-Invent Dying Anglicanism

The Belgian bishops' conference have issued a letter on 16 February calling for the abolition of celibacy and the introduction of an [invalid] female diaconate.

The text has been sent to all dioceses. It is a draft that they will discuss among themselves and then send to Francis' Ex-Synod (October).

The bishops, like the Anglicans, propose to have "unity in diversity" [= a new Babylon] in a church that embraces "different ways of thinking" [= contradictions] and is therefore not based on faith but on empty formulas.

Their long-decided issue is "whether women can also be admitted to the ordained ministry of the diaconate". They believe that "the [invalid] ordination of women to the diaconate should not be universally demanded or prohibited".

The bishops want to abolish celibacy by allowing each episcopal conference to decide. The diocese and parishes in Belgian are virtually all dead.

They want the impossible: women in Holy Orders. And just as with the Anglicans, Episcopalians, etc., the diaconate is their trojan horse for the priesthood and episcopate.

@Wilma Lopez Yes…and add to that wishlist:
1. Approval of sodomy as a moral act.
2. Abolishment of Priestly celibacy.
3. “Democratic” form of universal Church governance.

Better to lose them than to join them in their apostasy. I feel bad for whatever is left of the remnant Catholics in Belgium.

Looks like we’ve lost Belgium. 😢
