Cardinal Presides over Sitting Eucharists (Pictures)
The meeting brought together 35 social communications officers from the nine Catholic dioceses in Malaysia and Brunei.
The Eucharists were held at the U-shaped meeting tables. Cardinal Francis presided or co-presided at these Eucharists. All clergy sat, obviously also during consecration.
No missal was needed for the Cardinal's Eucharist. Telephones, brochures, and bottles of water were on the tables.
For Communion, a chalice with hosts was passed around for self-service.
The liturgical abuse was exposed by "Veritate Fideles" on a social network (August 29).
