Bishops are not employees of Francis but should have a fraternal relationship with him and be able to speak freely to him, even to express an admonition, said Bishop Schneider at the presentation of his book Credo in Rome (October 27, full video below) in the presence of Dubia Cardinal Sarah.
When there is no fraternity, there is fear, Schneider explained confirming that “many bishops are intimidated [by Francis].”
The dubia presented by courageous cardinals are "a great work that will go down in history as heroic act," he explained, "it was a most needed action of the cardinals, to present the dubia" to Francis.
Schneider described Francis’ responses as "unfortunately unsatisfactory", "confusing" and "vague" and "raising more doubts than they resolved."

He faced into them - and answered with the "sword of Truth" - which is the Real voice of the Holy Spirit, Who is the Spirit of Truth! The interesting questions are from liberal journalists, from Claire Giangrave (ReligonNews.com) and Philip Pullella (Reuters). Giangrave asks BOTH, Schneider and Sarah to comment on Francis’ Dubia response. But Diane Montagna just cuts the entire program before Sarah can answer (maybe to protect him from having to answer).
