The current Vatican will not give "permissions" to priests ordained after Traditionis Custodes to celebrate Mass, CatholicHerald.co.uk (February 24) has learned.
Gloria.tv has reported on this rigidity several times since Traditionis custodes. The latest Francis rescript claims that bishops must seek permission from the Dicastery for Divine Worship to "allow" a newly-ordained priest to offer Mass.
Father Gerald Murray told EWTN.com (February 23) that the July 2021 text of Traditionis Custodes states that the bishop is only required to “consult” with the Holy See regarding newly-ordained priests.
Only a later Latin translation, the existence of which was unknown until Cardinal Roche issued the Responsa (December 2021), changed the wording to say that the bishop must “ask for permission” from the Holy See.
In reality, however, neither Francis nor Roche have the authority to forbid a priest in good standing from celebrating Mass.

All good Cardinals, Bishops, monks and priests and friars, and also nuns, should disobey and defy Pope Francis and his henchmen in the Vatican, particularly Cardinals Parolin, Roche, and Bras de Aviz (Cardinal Secretary of State, Cardinal prefect for the Liturgy and Sacraments, Cardinal Prefect for Religious (monks,friars,nuns). Ignore everything they dictate against the traditional Mass and Catholic devotions.....and do the opposite. Found new seminaries according to tradition, found new religious Orders of monks,friars, nuns according to tradition, but old Churches or build new ones for the traditional Mass. Even gather together and build new traditional Catholic towns. Keep our tradition alive. Down with Pope Francis, Cardinal Roche. Down with their dictates. Disregard them all.

Ha! As if the Vatican can tell any priest that they can't give infinite glory to God by celebrating the traditional mass. I hope the priests tell them to go pound sand
The remnant Our Lord will discover when He comes will be TLM Catholics who were forced underground by Vatican decrees.
Unfortunately, despite what Canonical authority may or may not allow, I'm afraid the reality is that it's the rare priest who will not do what his bishop wants him to do. And, as a practical matter, most bishops will do what they believe Rome wants them to do.

What a great cartoon! I think if Pope Francis ever found out how many millions of Catholics are doing that to him and his statements/rulings/directives, as well as to his Vatican and his appointees and Bishops, he'd skip town and hide out someplace never to be heard from again.
