Resignation of Bishop: Fog of Mystery Has Disappeared

It was a big mystery when the Catholic 52-year-old Bishop Xavier Novell of Solsona, Spain, resigned.

Now, after the fog of mystery has dissolved, Silvia Caballol, 38, has appeared.
