Yes, he will probably mock everything that the Church has Traditionally stood for, and cast out the GOOD people - promoting only those whom are hardened sinners. Again, Like Judas, he'll probably resent the TRUE Christ because he isn't the type of person he can get along with. He'll also,say that money shouldn't be spent on making the Temples of Christ look worthy of His Divine Majesty,insisting (despite what our Lord says of how MAGNIFICENT His Holy Temples must be in the Old Testament) that God really DOES prefer a bare Stable and creaking wooden floorboards and the plaster falling off the roof.. "and that's your lot!" etc..
Pope Judas I will no doubt say all the money should be given to the poor Like the original Judas did.

That all cohort, all of them, when they are talking about "poor", they misuse the word and means actually the sinners, especially vicious unrepentant sinners, from whom they all, now and then give THAT money for their services.
