Infectioous cough and sneeze droplets can remain airborne for up to IIRC 10 minutes. So if someone is infected in Cabin A, the air from their cabin is being re-circulated to Cabins B-J. Additionally, the passengers aboard the Diamond Princess were forced to stay in their cabins. We can hope the FSSP seminarians are allowed some outdoors time. As at least one GTV member posted earlier, getting outdoors is the best thing possible and was used to treat the 1918 flu epidemic patients. Fresh air, sunlight, natural ultraviolet. They all contribute to boosting the body's health and killing viruses.
