Simone Veil (+89), a former French minister of Health and survivor of the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, died on June 30. Veil became infamous for making access to contraception easier and for introducing abortion in France in January 1975 with a law that is named after her.
Since then, Veil has become responsible for over 200'000 French children murdered yearly by abortionists because of her law.
On their Twitter account the French Bishops paid homage to Veil, "We greet her stature as a statesman, her will to built a fraternal Europe, and her conviction, that abortion is always a drama."
