Haven't the Russian hackers that hack into our elections and stuff like that hacked those cameras and they are just playing the same old clip like a continues loop? I saw it in a movie once, or twice, or maybe three times?

I find it interesting that if you are in mind to pay attention to the news, all of them- FOX, CNN, CBS, ABC et al, are univocal on the Ukraine, they continue to use the same video clips every day.
