The Archdiocese of Los Angeles on the same side of a lawsuit as Katy Perry? Yes, we know this is correct. 
Not exactly desirable either, the nuns preferred the property be sold to the woman who lost in the lawsuit who wished to convert the property into a restaurant. Sister Catherine Rose Holzman died during the court proceedings.
