Archbishop Jean Zerbo of Bamako, 73, Mali.
Liberal Archbishop Juan José Omella of Barcelona, 71, Spain.
Liberal Bishop Anders Arborelius of Stockholm, 67, Sweden.
Bishop Louis-Marie Ling Mangkhanekhoun, 73, Apostolic Vicar of Paksé, Laos.
Auxiliary Bishop Gregorio Rosa Chávez of the Archdiocese of San Salvador 74, El Salvador. His superior, Archbishop José Luis Escobar Alas of San Salvador, named by Benedict XVI in 2008, is not a Cardinal.

Francis has again decided to abide closely to the ceiling of 120 electors established by Paul VI in 1975, and when he gives the red hat to the five on June 28, he will have created 49 of the 121 electors that will have a right to vote in the next conclave. Link
