Kardináli uverejňujú deklaráciu viery - odpovedajú na Dubiu

Na konci rímskej konferencie "Katolícka Cirkev, kam ideme?" (7. apríl) bolo vydané záverečné vyhlásenie v mene účastníkov vrátane kardinálov Brandmüller, Burke a Zen a biskupa Athanasius Schneider.

Vyhlásenie opätovne potvrdzuje Katolíckú výučbu o manželstve a odpovedá na Kardinálom Dubia vydaný po kontroverznom dokumente Františka Amoris Laetitia.

V deklaráciách sa uvádza šesť bodov:

1. Ratifikované a dokončené manželstvo medzi dvoma pokrstenými osobami sa môže rozpustiť iba smrťou.

2. Preto kresťania zjednotený platným manželstvom, ktorí sa pripojili k inej osobe, zatiaľ čo je ich manžel/ka je stále nažive, spáchajú vážny hriech cudzoložstva.

3. Toto je absolútne morálne prikázanie, ktoré je vždy a bez výnimky záväzné.

4. Žiadny subjektívny úsudok svedomia nemôže urobiť skutočne zlý akt dobrým a zákonným.

5. Rozsudok o možnosti podania sviatostného rozvrátenia nie je založený na pripísateľnosti spáchaného hriechu, ale na úmysle kajícnika opustiť spôsob života, ktorý je v rozpore s božskými prikázaniami.

6. Osoby, ktoré sú rozvedené a opätovne civilne zosobášené a ktoré nie sú ochotné žiť v zdržanlivosti , žijú v situácii, ktorá je objektívne v rozpore s Božím zákonom a preto nemôžu prijímať eucharistické spoločenstvo.

The declarations states six points:

1. A ratified and consummated marriage between two baptized persons can be dissolved only by death.

2. Therefore, Christians united by a valid marriage who join themselves to another person while their spouse is still alive, commit the grave sin of adultery.

3. This is an absolute moral commandment which obliges always and without exception.

4. No subjective judgment of conscience can make an intrinsically evil act good and licit.

5. Judgment about the possibility of administering sacramental absolution is not based on the imputability of the sin committed, but on the penitent’s intention to abandon a way of life that is contrary to the divine commandments.

6. Persons who are divorced and civilly remarried, and who are unwilling to live in continence, are living in a situation that is objectively contrary to the law of God, and therefore cannot receive Eucharistic Communion. Cardinals Release Declaration of Faith - Answer Dubia
