The German bishops’ katholisch.de (December 12) gave Father Thomas Abrell OFM, 52, a platform to spread gay propaganda. The article contains offensive pictures.
Abrell belongs to the leadership of the German Franciscans and is a "chaplain for homosexuals" in pro-gay Osnabrück diocese.
According to him the Church has "a problem with homosexuality" [which is true because homosexuality is the main reason for sexual abuses in the Church.]
The Franciscan claims that it was "high time" for Germany to recognise gay pseudo-marriage. For him, homosexual fornication is "normal" and "goes without saying".
He presents himself as a victim of "death threats" and of "resistance and malice" from the part of the Catholics. But he knows that the [anti-Catholic] Osnabrück Bishop Franz-Josef Bode "fully supports" him.
Abrell expects that the Church will officially bless homosexual fornication within the next ten years.

When analysed, the 'norm' is simply acceptance of abnormal behaviour brought about by a lack of ability to change the abnormal behaviour to that of normal. As the late Bishop Fulton Sheen stated, "A good pastoral priest will know his limitations and counsel a penitent to seek professional help should he be faced with a penitents abnormal behaviour. Classic example would be that of a penitent with a severe drinking problem. Counselling the penitent to seek help from an A.A. organization would be the wiser approach rather than attempting to "walk with penitent" whilst he struggles with his addiction. This 'formula' can be applied to all those afflicted with a habitual behaviour disorder regardless of the nature of that disorder. It follows that no priest should exclusively align himself with a particular group of 'sinners who's abnormal behaviour is outside of his expertise to effect change. Understanding abnormal behaviour is not the same as possessing the requisite skills to bring about a normalisation of behaviour. To be sure one must start with 'GOD.' Prayer for the penitent is essential but of equal importance is knowing that God works through man.

Francis doesn't really believe in salvation in the way you and I do. From his past 'statements' on heaven, hell, etc, I'm not really sure he believes in any of it.
