The renowned Minoritenkirche in the very centre of Vienna, Austria, the former Italian National Church, was given by its owner, the Italian Congregation, to the Society of Saint Pius X, they announced in a circular email.
Until now, PiusX has no proper church in Vienna where Cardinal Schönborn has lead the Novus-Ordo Group into a downward spiral of homosexualism and modernism.
The site on which the church is built was given to the Franciscans in 1224 when they came to Vienna. Construction of the church was completed in 1350 in the French Gothic style.
The walls of the church are covered with frescoes of the coats of arms of Austrian aristocratic families who contributed to the church’s construction or are buried there.
There is a life-sized copy of Leonardo da Vinci's The Last Supper on the church's northern wall (9.18 x 4.47m). It was commissioned by Napoleon I in 1809, later bought by Francis II of Austria and given to the Italian Congregation because it was too big for Belvedere palace. …More

@AlexBKaiser Absolutely....if not for Archbishop Lefebvre's defense of Tradition, we wouldn't have seen Rome make a place in the Church for Tradition at all. They were waiting for Archbishop Lefebvre to die; then they would have crushed the SSPX following his death, refusing to give them a Bishop to ordain their Priests.

They were waiting for Archbishop Lefebvre to die; then they would have crushed the SSPX following his death, refusing to give them a Bishop to ordain their Priests.
In fact, even before his death, despite continual negotiations, Rome still refused to give SSPX a Bishop, even while knowing that Archbishop Lefebvre was ill with cancer and dying. How much more so would they have refused their support once he died?
They hate Tradition and wanted to bury it forever....

...and history has shown that's had ZERO effect on the FSSP.
