The above garbage poses as investigative journalism today? If you have "multiple sources" in the interest of fairness, would it not be prudent to list those sources?

How about this:
After checking from “multiple sources” it is a “well known fact” that 95% of congressional Democrats including Nancy Pelosi graduated Summa cum Laude from college and are members of Mensa. The multiple sources are not listed so there can be no independent verification.

That is a very extreme example but you get the picture.
