We KNOW and acknowledge as Latin-Rite Catholics that the last BINDING, RC Dogmatic Council took place at Trent (aka Tridentum) Those 2 documents (and many OTHERS) can not be cast aside as by the Will of God they remain forever binding. Those who exert authority over them have (as Fr Gregorio Hesse - Vatican Trained Canon Lawyer explains in this video) created a NEW Church which can never claim to be the TRUE Roman Catholic Church. The Pope is known to be the authentic True Successor of the First Pope St Peter. Having said that. Instead of usurping the Papacy. This "Pope" is actually clarifying matters. It appears he is admitting at long last - that he is NOT a Pope at all. As regards Vigano, or this false "Pope's" Decree against the forever binding Latin Rite Mass, it seems that it's an easy problem to solve. The Pope of a false Church is condemning a member of the authentic RC Church of not being a member of his own False Church..... Francis can be said to have no authority over those who adhere to the Church governed by the Sacred Magisterium and all former TRUE Popes. Since we are only allowed 70 validly elected Cardinals - do we have a "Pope" or any valid Bishops at all? That is a task for any HONEST REAL CANON LAWYERS to bravely ascertain. There have never BEEN more than 70 Cardinals from the time of the above document in 1586 until 1958. Postquam Verus (1586) stated categorically that any Cardinals elected over the allowed "70" - were automatically invalidated and to be considered by all people as "Null and void." We can not simply brush these Dogmatic Statements under the carpet. Let it all be resolved soon. Francis is saying he's no longer claiming to be The legitimate Pope as the Sacred Magisterium define the Office. Then he has no right to claim authority over the Sacred Magisterium of the RC Church and members of the RCC who adhere to it.
