Having read "Postquam Verus" by Sixtus V, I can not see that there is any possibility that we have a valid Pope or even a valid member of the upper hierarchy today.

The relatively unknown Constitution, is not only fully binding on the Church, but it also makes certain pronouncements that every single Pope obeyed until John XXIII.

"Postquam Verus Cardinalis" limits the number of Cardinals to 70 in perpetuity. Partly because (as the document states) there is a precedent expressed in Scripture which Pope Sixtus insists must be adhered to. God allowed Moses 70 helpers in the wilderness.
I have discovered that during the Old Covenant Temple period, the Governing Sanhedrin Council, ALSO consisted of 70 Priests. The ruling High Priest and 69 helpers. Therefore, Pope Sixtus was inspired by the H/S to uphold the historic precedence and eternally limit the allowed number of Cardinals to not ever exceed 70

The concerning issue we all face here is that Pope Sixtus specifies that should a future Pope raise more Cardinals than the permitted 70. Any raised OVER that number are declared "null and void" and we must consider them so and not view them as Cardinals! Help!

Conclusions!

Every Pope until John XXIII obeyed remained obedient to this infallible document - but John XXIII disobeyed it. Apparently 88 Cardinals took part in the Conclave that elected Paul Vi !!!!! According to "Postquam Verus" 18 of those 88 Cardinals were invalid!
I can not see, how there can be any possibility that ANY of the Conclaves since the one that elected John XXIII are valid. Some say that Cardinal Siri was elected Pope in 1958 and having accepted the Pontificate, and chosen the name"Gregory XVII" was shortly afterwards placed under duress by some other Cardinals and "resigned" during the Conclave.. There is a possibility that this story is true, as white smoke, announcing the election of a Pontiff billowed forth from the Chimney on two separate occasions during the 4 day Conclave that finally elected John XXIII.

In 1410, during the Western Schism, Baldassarre Cossa was elected Pope, taking the name John XXIII. But there were two other claimants to the papal throne: Gregory XII, favoured by the Roman faction, and Benedict XIII, from Avignon. The new Pope John XXIII — a political rather than holy man — was in opposition to both Gregory and Benedict.

The schism was resolved in 1417 and the Church decided that Gregory XII, who had been forced to abdicate, (allegedly like Cardinal Siri) was the legitimate pope, and the other are considered anti-popes

I'd rush to the SSPX if I were a Priest today! Two major infallible Papal Documents (Quo Primum is the other) have been cast aside. DUE to those documents not being upheld, we probably don't have a valid Pope or any valid Hierarchy today. .....I'd run to the SSPX - this entire farce we are viewing today REEKS of Satanic corruption and I think there has been a deliberate plot - an attempt to deliberately INVALIDATE the Papacy by evil forces, who know that when a validly elected Pope resigns under duress, that resignation is invalid. The Holy Ghost remains with the Pope and the Church is unprotected.

@Defeat Modernism -I agree with you. The faithful should stop going to the Novus Ordo, and stop supporting their dioceses, and especially stop "Peter's Pence" donations. The one thing I disagree with your comment is "Jewish" has nothing to do with this. Protestant- absolutely. The Novus Ordo is Protestant. THat's why the fruit of it is rotten and evil. The Vatican of Pope Francis is Protestant and homosexualized.. Time to abandon the Novus Ordo Church, and the VAtican of Bergoglio.
