Cardinal Gerhard Müller answered to Pope Francis’ claim that Amoris Laetitia is “the morality of the great Thomas”.
Speaking on October 13 to the German paper Tagespost he stated that these words can only mean to use the “clarity of Saint Thomas” to clarify Amoris Laetitia and not vice versa. He added, “We want to clarify what is unclear, not to make unclear what is clear.”
