@salliperson -Don't be such a puritan! The editorial cartoon makes the point most goof, faithful ,traditional CAtholics think, without a long-winded post. Personally, I love these cartoons. Each one reveals Francis and his Vatican and agenda for what it is, without verbosity, boring commentary, or preaching. This picture covers everyhting to be said......and Christ probably could not agree more with it!!

I never said that, or implied that that would be my reaction to Catholics protesting against normalization of homosexuality. No one I can think of is more against that than me. The emphasis on homos in the USA today is ruining society, the family, and th educational system. …More

I never said that, or implied that that would be my reaction to Catholics protesting against normalization of homosexuality. No one I can think of is more against that than me. The emphasis on homos in the USA today is ruining society, the family, and th educational system. I'm 28, and starting out in 2 weeks teaching at my public high school for the 4th year straight. Four years ago, we never heard about homos at the school. There's some among the students...and probably the teachers, but it was hardly mentioned. Today, that's all anyone hears about. I start teaching my history classes in 2 weeks, and already got letters and e-mail attachments from the school board and administration as to how we as teachers are supposed to address, support, and practice diversity, equity and inclusion for LGBTQ's and TRANs. Nothing about class schedules or agenda for the opening week.....just that crap. I know there are a few teachers, mostly women, who are fully on board with this agenda, and openly applaud it. For me, I'm barely going to mention it. I'll read what I have to and ignore the rest in my class. So I would never think "don't be such a puritan" about anyone protesting homos. I would say "keep going!!"
The cartoon is great because it makes the point 100% strongly, without going into a lecture. It's not disrespectful to the Lord, because I am sure He thinks exactly the same.....and I hope there is some way he can bring Francis, his agenda, and the "Synod" down in reality as forcefully and as completely as is depicted in the cartoon.
I would not be surprised if at the last possible minute before the "Synod" opens, he does.

@john333 -This cartoon makes a great point strongly without using 2,500 words. All of them are always fantastic. Who wants to read a 2,500 word post, when a cartoon like this makes the same point? The serpent IS Pope Francis and his Synod of Synodality......that's what he and all his homo associates who support the Synod are.
