The Latin Mass faithful of the Basilica in Chattanooga, TN were subjected to this deeply offensive sermon by their pastor. A community ruptured for “unity”, subjected to more gaslighting, and of course, the usual bashing of the SSPX. The spiritual abuse is disgraceful.
Bishops would be helped by having someone explain the difference between unity and uniformity. The former is unity in belief, unity in Christ. The latter is a product of anxiety.
Bad men do evil; good men defend them, for some twisted concept of goodness that results in more evil being done.
