Out of touch with what? No reference point given so your "out of touch" criticism is not only vague it's pointless.

Wrong. This post is about Cardinal Tobin's homosexual assistant. My comment criticizes his choice. As such, my comment is relevant to the subject of the post. So it isn't "out of place" at all.

I used proper grammar, my spelling is correct, and I was succinct. I even included a funny cat picture underscoring the point I made. The post looks fine.
