Ludger Schepers, auxiliary bishop of Essen and chief homosexual propagandist of the German bishops, has 'apologised' to those who practice homosexual sin.
When Germany legalised homosexual acts in 1975, the Church allegedly tried to save the penal code until the very end, Schepers claimed, and asked homosexuals for "forgiveness".
The homosexual propagandist claimed that the Church had "previously" had a "wrong" attitude towards homosexual sin and then blasphemed that "God created man in diversity, which includes sexual orientation" and that "it contradicts God's great yes to this creation [= sin] to deny people their dignity because of their gender or sexual preference".
Ludger Schepers called for the posthumous rehabilitation of those who practice homosexual sin: "The blame for the criminalisation of homosexuality clearly lies with the Church".

One of the marks of modern bishops is cowardice. They aren't afraid of their judgement but they are terrified of offending the homo culture.

He isn't a coward, he's just a modernist and liberal. Liberalism is liberation from dogma, tradition, and objective moral values. He believes this and is willing to advance it in the Church.
