Francis’ Homilies Are Gone.
VaticanNews.va has cancelled most of Pope Francis’ morning homilies, the pro-Francis IlSismografo.Blogspot.com has noticed. Until some months ago, all Francis' homilies were available on VaticanNews. Now only the most recent 70 homilies - out of 600 – are still there. Not seldom, these homilies have been a source of embarrassment because of the many polemical or downright wrong statements they contain.
In his August 1 audience for a group of Jesuits, Pope Francis said: "When I was a student, when we had to go to the General, or when we had to go with the General to the Pope, he used to wear the cassock and the cloak. I see that this fashion is gone, thank God." Francis will eventually find out by himself that there is a connection between kicking the habit and kicking religious vocations altogether.
Last Saturday, Genoa Cardinal Angelo Bagnasco celebrated Mass for the state funeral of the 42 victims of the highway bridge that collapsed in Genoa, Italy. At the …More

One homily describes Christ as stained with sin. Some real 'gems,' ie blasphemy.

Catholic League’s Bill Donohue
He (Wuerl) should be criticised for his liberal ideology, not for a never-ending so-called abuse scandal that instrumentalizes abuses for one single aim: in order to damage the Church.
My view of this issue? The Church has been “damaged” but not by the current crop of scandalous reports. It has been ‘damaged’ by the clerical homo perpetrators. Besides, haven’t you …More

My view of this issue? The Church has been “damaged” but not by the current crop of scandalous reports. It has been ‘damaged’ by the clerical homo perpetrators. Besides, haven’t you heard? www.biblegateway.com/passage/

As a result of the recent events, even faithful priests will now be looked at with questioning eyes instead of respect. People (Catholic and others) will be curious: "Is this priest a homo? Most of them are you know. I wonder if this one goes for young boys or girls?" 🤨

They will pull the plug on Wuerl any day now. He’s just no longer useful to them. He’s radioactive and scorned by the laity, so his fundraising ability isn’t going to be what it has been. The real test will be Tobin. Everyone is (justifiably) calling for Wuerl’s head, but what about Nighty-Night Baby? McCarrick personally lobbied to get Toby the Newark gig and, apparently, having that diocese raised to Cardinal status. He essentially outed himself with the infamous tweet, and yet there doesn’t seem to be much a movement to get him fired. 🤦

So far, 3 Billion in damages awarded to victims of Catholic Church. Even goofy late night comics are saying things like: The Catholic Church is Like "A Molesting Club With An Opening Prayer." 🙄
Sólo Díos basta
I doubt that there were ever 600 homilies on vaticannews.va. They have not imported old data from radio vaticana. Therefore only homilies since the beginning of vaticannews.va (December 17) can be there.
