San Luis Bishop Gabriel Barba, Argentina, held an "inter-religious prayer" in his cathedral on 27 October 2023.
At the end of the event, he gave a “blessing”, invoking a god in two persons, whom he called “father” and “holy spirit”. No mention was made of Jesus Christ.
Francis appointed the anti-Catholic activist Gabriel Barba as bishop of San Luis in 2020 with the apparent task of destroying one of the very few decent dioceses in Argentina. To this end, Francis simply sent Barba's neo-conservative predecessor into retirement at the age of 64.

The immigrant parents of all these 'strange clerics' might be rolling in their graves, asking if they did the right thing to emigrate there..........
