Retired Albany Bishop Howard Hubbard, 84, died on August 19 after being hospitalised on Thursday following a stroke.
He had been accused of having sexual affairs with men and women and of abusing ten minors, but denied all charges. A Vatican-ordered investigation was suspended shortly after it began in 2021. As a bishop, he identified himself as a “street priest” and “radical” - in line with Francis' programme of decadence.
In November 2022, he asked Francis for a dispensation from celibacy so that he could marry. The Vatican refused. Hubbard therefore civilly married his concubine. His diocese called the marriage “invalid”.
Hubbard, who never repented, received the Last Rites in hospital.

God's justice? Maybe coming soon for Bergoglio?

He was the last active American bishop appointed by Pope Paul VI at the time of his retirement in 2014. There couldn’t be many active bishops in the US from the time of John …More

Everyone just take a minute to pray for him.......then to remember that Pope Francis is deliberately stacking the Church with men as bad, or worse than Hubbard was. Hubbard had the stroke on Thursday and was gone by Saturday. The same thing might unexpectedly happen to Pope Francis very soon....or any one of his high placed Vatican advisors.

Let’s pray he’s been senile for many years and not responsible nor his recent actions…
