The severely overweight Francis, 86, went to Rome's Gemelli Hospital on June 6. No reason was given. He reportedly entered the department specialised in the check-ups of treating elderly patients. He spent around 40 minutes at the hospital before returning to the Vatican shortly before 12:00 p.m. Francis is due to fly to Portugal on August 2-6 for World Youth Day in Lisbon. On Saturday, the Vatican announced plans for a Mongolia visit in August/September.

Sorry, usually a "check-up" is a once-over physical which may include an EKG. Extensive examinations/tests are usually not done in a "check-up". You get bloodwork and urinalysis done which is standard.
Sounds like this was not a standard "check up" which could have been done at the Vatican, because they have medical facilities and are set up for EKG's.
I bet Francis went for exams/tests for something that hasn't been disclosed, and probably is a concerning matter. Perhaps grave.
I would not be surprised.

Bergoglio goes over completely to the dark side… Brother Alexis not too long ago. Now, he's all for 'francis'. Being 'so close' to heretical Vatican, it is easy to 'get converted' to the wrong side. What disappointment Alexis!

@Clement Jaeho Chung -Hey Clement! Thank you for your post. Your comments are always interesting. But Francis Cardinal George is dead, since before 2016 I think. Yes, he was much better than most Cardinals. His successor, Cupich, of course is a heretic and homo lover....if not gay himself which I would not be surprised, as well as Tobin, and of course with Gregory it's obvious!
He needs more 'attention and pity'...from the "dormant" catholics, who still believe he's a ..... holy something..?
