All Saints’ Day in Germany: "Catholic" de facto Priestess Leads Service

On All Saints' Day, German state broadcaster ARD aired a service from the Church of St John in Nürtingen, in the Diocese of Rottenburg-Stuttgart. The event was entitled "Holy. Here and now".
One speaker after another gave a talk, interspersed with musical performances.
The professionally made-up blonde Katharina Leser, dressed in alb, was the main ego on stage. She was accompanied by a man in alb and some altar girls.
She presented slogans like: "Before God, everyone is equal and holy" [including paedophiles?].
Then the pseudo-priestess read a fairy tale while raising her hands: "Let us pray: God, before you we are all equal. All of us - no matter where we come from or what we are. We are sacred to you. Let us feel that we are important and great, that we can be an example and a sign of your holiness in the here and now. [...]"
Between the sermons, a text from the Book of Revelation was read, some intercessions were made, the Lord's Prayer was said and God's blessing was asked.
