Pentecost in Chicago: Welcome in Francis' Bubble Church
Pentecost Eucharist in Chicago's Holy Family Parish included soap bubbles and dancing to pop-music (video below).
The gentleman playing with the bubble baton is Terry Nelson-Johnson, founder of Soul Play, a "spiritual program."
A second scene shows the priest, the deacon, Nelson-Johnson and a grey haired audience dancing around and clapping while the band sings “celebrate a party with you.”
The farce was uploaded on social media by Jonathan Blevins who previously wrote to Chicago Cardinal Cupich but to no avail.
Last time he tweeted a guitar blessing the parish deleted its online videos.
Cupich allows bubble baton Eucharists while he is Francis' rigid axman in charge of fighting the Roman Mass. Regular rosary prayer gatherings remind Cupich of his liturgical tyranny.
