Opus Dei Drives Out The Best People
Expelled:
Opus Dei Father Janvier Gbénou, a 41-year-old priest born in Benin and living in Ivory Coast wrote on October 21 an Open Letter to Francis, the bishops, and all people of good will. The Opus Dei suspended Gbérou in March for legitimately questioning Francis’ homosexualism. Gbénou is now in the process of being expelled from the Opus Dei. His crime: he defended Catholic doctrine.
A Horse. Courageous Father Gbénou asks Francis to rectify his wrong positions. His letter begins with an Arabic tale of a king who asked his advisor what people thought of him. The advisor replied: "Do you want me to tell you something nice, or the truth? "The truth!" the monarch insisted. The advisor answered: "If it is the truth that you wish to hear, grant me a favour first". The king agreed, and the adviser said: "I ask of you the fastest horse in your stables, to ride away from you as soon as I have told you the truth.”

Bravo, Father Janvier Gbenou, and Gloria tv. The Pope and his coterie need to heaar this, again and again. Hopefully, you can find a place in the Church, which will appreciate your gifts, including your intelligence and courage. God bless you.

Brilliant!! What an inspiring priest, God grant him fortitude. One comment about the English spelling "losing" is the correct word. "loosing" means to allow.

Jesuits and Opus Dei are not friendly each other.
The Opus Dei Chief is not still bishop yet so he pleases the Jesuit pope ?
Solo Uno Solo
Interesting? Why would the Jesuits and the OD be unfriendly? They both originated in Spain. They have very different charism? The current pontiff is a Jesuit and the OD seems to be on good terms with him. It isn't necessary for the chief of OD to be a Bishop. There are other Bishops and Cardinals who are attached in one way or another to OD.
