He even defends Benedict's disastrous appointments, explaining that Benedict did not dismiss "his opponents" or multiply the number of cardinals in order to influence the conclave, which he knew was imminent.
This irresponsible way of running the Church shows, for Sarah, a “mystical will to enter into the paternal exercise of power” (sic).
Sarah criticises Francis' policy of excluding Catholics, "Every rejection and exclusion of the brother who is labelled as a traditionalist is the work of the devil."
However, he doesn't attack Francis to whom the book is as sarcastically dedicated as “good father”, but blames Traditionis custodes on "certain members of the Curia” who are “wolves” who “prowl” around [poor and innocent] Francis and intrigue to “prevent the bishops” from being open to Roman Rite communities.
In reality, Francis is an autocrat who listens to no one decides everything by himself.
