Roman Churches Open Again

The Roman Cardinal Vicar Angelo De Donatis “modified” his March 13 decree by which he locked all Roman churches.

Now, he states that the churches can be opened, but this must be done with great care limiting people's contact with each other.

He states that he is [or became] aware of the [negative] "symbolic meaning" of the original closing of all churches.
