As I said before... since they are using an unqualified test for 'life' of the DEVELOPING CHILD, then we can use an unqualified test for their intelligence.

Absolutely! Even a touch. Of course, the important thing to remember is that your defense to being touched has to be proportionate, if it is to be legal. Though... in a chaotic street altercation against, say, the "security" for some leftist cardinal or pro-abortion protestors, that might be an extremely fine line for courts to draw afterwards.

JPII was very sick looking, but he still conducted General Audience. He could barely speak, but even as a child I appreciated his determination to greet us all as he was wheeled in his chair. One thing I notice about Bergoglio/aka Francis......at his St. Peter's Masses as he walks down the aisle, NO ONE applauds or cheers him like they did JPII and especially Benedict XVI. I think he is disliked more than he knows....hated even.....after what he did regarding the Latin Mass.
