Addressing Sicilian pilgrims on November 6, Francis praised Piazza Armerina Bishop Rosario Gisana to the skies:
"Great, this bishop is great. He has been persecuted, slandered and he has always stood firm, a just man. That's why, when I went to Palermo, that day, I wanted to stop first in Piazza Armerina, to greet him; he's a good bishop."
IlSismografo recalls that “many shadows” hang over Gisana's handling of abuse allegations against Father Giuseppe Rugolo whose trial will be decided in January.
During his trial, Rugolo played a secretly recorded tape in which Gisana says [for whatever reason and in whatever context], “Dear Giuseppe, you have all the conditions to become a saint.”
In the same recording, Gisana told Rugolo that there was another priest in the diocese “who has done much worse things than you did.”
Rugolo explained that the thousands of pornographic photographs on his computer, including of very young children, were the result of a “test” he had privately put himself …More

The problem, with all the scandals that have taken place, is that so many people still crave the pope’s approval and attention. Instead, we must look to do what Christ teaches and wants of us. That’s the only thing that really counts.

I wish someone from Argentina would accuse Pope Francis of either covering up massive incidents of sexual abuse by priests, or exposed as a pervert predator himself. I would not be surprised, seeing that nearly all his advisors in the VAtican, the "synod" chairmen, and bishops he promotes and also cardinals, are homosexuals.
