@Seabass Our Lord spoke of a false church superimposed over the TRUE Roman Catholic Church to Marie-Julie Jahenny at the beginning of the 20th century. He also spoke of two Priesthoods "The one that has existed "since Me" and another "formed by the Devils in Hell." He also spoke of a "New Mass"containing "words odious to My ears!"

New preachers of new Sacraments, new Temples, new Baptisms, new confraternities.”I truly believe that the entire College of Cardinals and the Bishops they have raised up to assist them, will probably have at some point in the future be declared completely "null and void." Not because there aren't some really, really worthy people in the Hierarchy (there truly are- we are blessed that they risk their necks for us day by day, hour by hour) - HOWEVER, they are stated by a Magisterial Papal Document to be all invalid! The Divinely penned Constitution of Sixtus V "Postquam Verus Cardinalis" (1586) was for hundreds of years (until the Pontificate of John XXIII) declared to be fully binding on the Church and therefore must never be contravened AND IT HAS BEEN!
That document announced that there can not ever be any more than 70 Cardinals in the Sacred College. Eternally! No loop holes whatsoever. He said that at no point in the future, (for any excuse whatsover ) can any more than 70 Cardinals exisst in the RC Church. He stated that any more than THAT set number of Cardinals would be automatically rendered "Null and void" and MUST BE SEEN as having no authority. over the Church.
There is no way around it. It is a binding Magisterial Document, and the 70 Cardinals restriction was evidently also proclaimed in the Code of Canon Law in 1917.
False Cardinals have created a false church - the monstrosity of falsehood that Christ warned us would be superimposed over the true Church. If we truly wish to gain Salvation we must not keep putting our head in the sands and doing the same as these Popes have been doing and blatantly ignore the binding decrees of Magisterial Documents - which is what people like Francis, Paul VI, John XXIII and the other post 1958 Popes have done.
So, YES, the Latin Mass (or rather should I say the Missal of Pope St Pius V which the RC Church is bound to,) should be imposed again on the entire Roman Church to get us off this Back to the future-ish alternate Novus Ordo 2023 timeline, BUT, there is no point enforcing "Quo Primum" 1570 within the Church unless we have a valid College of (no more than) 70 Cardinals elected by a valid Pope. At the end of Pius XII's Pontificate there were only 38 Cardinals. At no point between 1586 until the death of Pius XII did a Pope disobey the terms of "postquam verus" and raise up more than 70 Cardinals to sit in the Sacred College.
Since John XXIII increased the College to 88 during his Pontificate, according to "Postquam Verus" the Conclave that elected Paul VI, contained 18 invalid Cardinals - automatically rendered "null and void" with no authority by the words Pope Sixtus wrote in "Postquam Verus"
I have no authority to state this (I wouldn't WANT to TBH) but since we believe that previous Papal Documents, Dogmatically proclaimed are fully binding on the RCC - If we pretend they don't exist, we are aiding and abetting Satan to create a false Church, with an invalid Hierarchy - therefore completely destroying the Sacraments and the RC Priesthood.
