The Alberta Court of Appeal ruled that the injunction against the Calgary Protestant preacher Artur Pawlowski, his arrest, his jail time, the censorship order, and fines against him were all ILLEGAL.
Alberta Health Services have to reimburse Pawlowski the costs of the appeal and for fines and penalties paid.
The appeals panel concluded that the original injunction banning protests in the name of public health “was not sufficiently clear and unambiguous.”
Pawlowski became a world famous hero for holding religious services despite Covid measures which he compared to the Nazi regime. He was arrested several times.

Weird times when this protestant pastor, despite being protestant, showed way more virtue and fidelity to the Gospel than 95% of the so called catholic bishops, that are in bed with gov subsidies.

I saw an interview with him (in Polish). Artur Pawlowski used to be a great businessman but his wife prayed for him. He got a prophecy - God is going to give him a perfect gift. Their son, just delivered, had massive mess in inner organs and doctors said - he is going to die in days or weeks. Pawlowski got mad and screamed to God. Then God asked him a question - can you save your son ? No, you can't …More
