Bishop Joseph Bonnemain of Chur, a member of the Opus Dei, has ordered a "preliminary canonical investigation" after two priests in the parish of Effretikon, Zurich, "allowed" lay people to ape a Novus Ordo Eucharist.
In a statement on Friday, Bonnemain wrote that the investigation was to show whether assessing the blasphemy was reserved for the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. If so, there would be nothing more for him to do than to report the offence to Rome.
This is an attempt to pull the wool over the eyes of the faithful, because film footage of the simulation is available, which makes the offence of the two priests blatant so that the bishop would have to intervene immediately.

The bishop does seem to be very clear that this was a serious liturgical abuse.

St Paul says otherwise 1 Corinthians Chapter 14:
34Let women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted them to speak, but to be subject, as also the law saith.
35But if they would learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home. For it is a shame for a woman to speak in the church.More
