Father François Schneider, of the diocese of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, in 
, was sanctioned by his Bishop after saying, during a homily, that " abortion has killed more people in the world than the Great War." He will have to abstain, for four weeks, from any public mass.

when Jesus told His disciples to follow Him, it was not for glory, wealth, fame etc but to suffer as He suffered, that has not changed. Persecution is a martyrdom to be sought after not to run away from.
