The homosex charges against former Washington Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, 93, will not be discussed in a courtroom.
McCarrick was an anti-Catholic prelate heavily promoted by John Paul II and Francis. A Massachusetts judge has ruled that he is not competent to stand trial.
Dr. Kerry Nelligan, a forensic psychologist, said that McCarrick had an "inability to learn and retain information", writes AbcNews (August 30).

Not competent to face questioning? How convenient, how timely. Is everyone too stupid to understand this guy is faking it? Anyone can fake being mentally challenged, even by age. Unless there MD proof of his condition, I would say he's faking it and his "friends" are covering for him.

Me thinks, he thought being a communist was a part of the priesthood. Sodomy was a bonus for him as for a number of others. Bella Dodd could have said more about it, if she were alive now.

Sexual assault charges against Theodore McCarrick were dropped in Massachusetts Wednesday, after a judge ruled that McCarrick is not mentally competent to stand trial.
