Bishop Athanasius Schneider published an article on DianeMontagna.substack.com about the Co-Redemptrix. Reprinted with permission. They Could Not Have Been Mistaken: The Voice of the Saints, Doctors, and the Ordinary Magisterium of the Church in Affirming Mary as “Co-Redemptrix” and “Mediatrix of All Graces”. By Bishop Athanasius Schneider Over the course of time, the Ordinary Magisterium, together with numerous Saints and Doctors of the Church, have taught the Marian doctrines of Coredemption and Mediation, employing among other expressions the specific titles “Co-Redemptrix” and “Mediatrix of All Graces.” Consequently, it cannot be maintained that the Ordinary Magisterium, along with Saints and Doctors of the Church over so many centuries, could have led the faithful astray through a consistently inappropriate use of these Marian titles. Moreover, throughout the ages, this Marian doctrine and the use of these titles have also expressed the sensus fidei—the sense of faith of the …More
Recent Discussion Of The Term “Co-Redemptrix” November 10, 2025 Is Mary The “Co-Redemptrix”? – A Catholic Analysis (Video) Recently there’s been quite a bit of discussion about whether the term “Co-Redemptrix” is acceptable according to Catholic teaching. Our video on this topic (see the link above) covers the matter in detail. It documents the relevant Catholic teaching, and it answers objections. It’s remarkable that so many proponents of this incorrect title completely ignore the relevant solemn definitions of the Councils of Florence and Trent, which indeed settle the matter. The statements from Florence and Trent (cited below) are the most important statements of the Church on this topic and every conclusion must be consistent with them. The fact that so many people simply don’t care about what these dogmatic statements say demonstrates that they lack faith and a commitment to God’s truth. As our video shows, they also ignore the pre-Vatican II theologians who rejected the …More
Let’s be blunt: Tucho Fernández cares nothing about the Co-Redemption, much less about the potential misunderstandings of the faithful. And it would be pathetic to think that he is supposedly reaffirming the sole mediation of Our Lord while both his employers—Bergoglio and Prevost—maintain that all religions lead to God. Tucho Fernández does not have the slightest concern about the spread of doctrinal errors that the Dicastery he unworthily presides over should promptly condemn, errors which he deliberately fuels. No one was concerned about possible “doctrinal misunderstandings” when an attempt was made to pass off the filthy idol of Pachamama as an image of the Virgin Mary carrying the Lord in her womb, after the faithful were outraged and scandalized by the worship of a hideous pagan image by Bergoglio and his associates. Confusion and contradiction are the hallmark of the synodal Church, its “trademark,” so to speak. It is in accepting contradiction that the faithful must abdicate …More

On Saturday, Pope Leo XIV received fifteen Belgian victims of clerical sexual abuse at the Vatican. The meeting lasted three hours. Pope Francis had already met with the group in Belgium in September 2024 and they requested a follow-up audience in Rome, which Francis granted. Pope Leo XIV fulfilled that promise. Ironically, the alleged victims trust the Vatican more than the Belgian bishops. They asked Leo XIV to remove Archbishop Luc Terlinden, 57, of Brussels. However, Leo XIV was the cardinal in charge of the Congregation of Bishops when Monsignor Terlinden was appointed archbishop of Brussels in September 2023. Participants noted Leo XIV’s limited ability to speed up the compensation paid by the Belgian dioceses. Furthermore, the group was frustrated that a planned meeting with Cardinal Tucho Fernández was canceled, although this was entirely predictable. According to the alleged victims, the Belgian dioceses are avoiding "financial responsibility." The alleged victims want …More
LepantoIn.org accuses the U.S. bishops of indirectly supporting organizations that promote abortion, contraception, and gender ideology. The report, published on November 6, focuses on the bishops’ "anti-poverty" program, the Catholic Campaign for Human Development. Since 2004, it has given 16 grants totaling $760,000 to the United Workers Association (UWA), which is based in Baltimore. This includes $25,000 for the 2024–25 funding cycle. According to the report, the UWA supports LGBT causes, including publicly funded gender transition procedures. UWA is the fiscal sponsor of a group "Put People First" that support abortion and transvestism. In 2017, they wrote: "We're out supporting Planned Parenthood! Reproductive justice is a right!" The UWA is linked to calls for police defunding during the 2020 protests and has collaborated with extremist socialist organizations. Michael Hichborn, president of the Lepanto Institute, writes that he informed the bishops’ conference as early as 2011…More
The woke bishops of the United States fund abortion and gay pseudo-marriages with the "anti-poverty" program, the Catholic Campaign for Human Development.
The apostate bishops of the United States continue to fund abortion providers with their "anti-poverty program." They seek to eliminate poverty by killing the poor through abortion or by preventing birth through the promotion of sodomy.
